B.S. Exercise Science, M.S. Human Nutrition

MY STORY

Like many of you, I’ve worn many hats—athlete, dancer, coach, and now mom. My journey hasn’t been a straight line, but it’s shaped how I coach today.

I earned a BS in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky University as a scholarship heptathlete on the track team, and later a Master’s in Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati. When a back injury ended my competitive career, I struggled with balance—training less, eating the same, and chasing quick fixes that left me frustrated. Something had to change.

It did. I rebuilt my routine with science-backed training, functional movement, and nutrition that fuels performance and recovery. That shift not only restored my health but inspired me to help others find the same strength and balance.

Today, I blend all my worlds—coaching personal training at LA Fitness, creating nutrition and performance programs for Dance Technician, and leading J René Reliance, where I support athletes, dancers, and mothers both in person and online. I also stay connected to the sport I love as a high school track & field coach.

Whether you’re an athlete chasing performance goals, a dancer striving for confidence on stage, or a mom rebuilding strength postpartum, I’m here to guide you with a personalized approach. My mission is simple: to help you create balance, build strength, and thrive in every season of life.
